To Select the Files to Backup

 

1.   Open the File menu and choose Backup.

The Backup Data Files window appears:

2.   Insert your backup disk into drive A or click Setup to change the destination of the backup.

3.   To select which files you want to back up, click Options. The Select Files window appears showing that by default only your data files are included in the back up. Use the check boxes to select the files you want to backup: ALL Files, Data Files, Report Templates, Layout Templates and/or Image Files.

Note (E Banking users only): Your e-Banking files used in the E Payments and E Reconcile options are not backed up as part of the Sage Line 50 backup routine.

4.   Click OK to return to the Backup Data Files window.
